What company handles your shipments?
We send all our items via Canpar, FedEx or Purolator. The courrier used will be specified on your shipment confirmation email
Will I get a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are provided 48 hours after your package has been posted. In some cases, your item may arrive before you get your tracking number.
How long should I wait to receive my package?
Timing may vary depending on the destination of packages, their size, weight, etc. When in stock, you should receive your purchase within a period of 2 to 10 days business days.
Can I get my package faster?
If you need your package faster, please contact us at Info@moosebicycle.com and we will analyze with you all the options available to satisfy your request. Some costs, however, could be attached to it.
What should I do if my parcel has been damaged?
All of our shipment are insured for their full value, please contact us in the event that your package has been damaged and our team will address the issue promptly. This insurance does not cover theft once the package reach reached his destination
