We understand that at one point in your life you might have to replace a component not covered by our initial warranty (S*** happens). This is why we’ve created Moose Care. If you have to replace a frame or a component that is not covered by our initial warranty please write to us and we will be able to negotiate a reasonable replacement plan.
Every moose is covered by an industry-leading warranty:
LIFETIME :
Frames for the lifetime of the original owner (except forks).
1-Year :
Every original component (except consumables such as tires, tubes, bearings and brake pads).
This warranty applies to all models and covers all parts manufactured by Moose bicycle or its subsidiaries. Any other original part manufactured by another company are covered by their respective warranties. Any products or components not mentioned above are hereby omitted.
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damages.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper assembly.
- Improper follow-up maintenance.
- Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended or not compatible with the bike as sold.
- Damage or failure due to accidents, misuse, theft, abuse or neglect.
This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification to the frame, fork or components.
This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or the replacement of a defective item. The warranty is applicable on the day of purchase and only applies to the original buyer, it cannot be transferred. The Warranty only applies for bicycles purchased through Moose’s network of independent dealers or through its website.
Any claim should be submitted to us (info@moosebicycle.com) or through Moose’s network of independent dealer. Claimants will be asked to provide their proof or purchase.
