Cannot say enough about the bikes and customer care from Moose. We purchased 3 fat bikes and the crew at moose navigated a CPS shutdown to get the kids their new bikes before Christmas. The bikes arrived basically ready to go and look great. So excited to see this brand grow in Alberta - I've already had mine out on the trails and it is perfect all the way through to the dropper seat (Thank you Moose Bicycles!). We will be back for commuters this spring!

Although I haven't yet installed the bars, I bought a set of 31.8 and 35 diameter bars at the same time. Initial impression are that they are very nicely crafted and seem light and stiff.
Received on a Thursday and had installed on a Friday and left for holiday on Saturday. Will advise when I return

Quantity of the bag meet my expectations. The two heavy duty velcro bands and the two adjustable web straps hang the bag on the frame very securely.
To improve the produce, include the dimension of the bag on your website, and add a small lanyard sewn to the inside to attach keys and other small items.
Pleasantly surprised. I bike daily and this would be my first single speed. I did change my crank and chainring to a ratio that suits me better but after 60kms in, I can say it's one of the best especially for the price. Parts of course are understandably basic but can definitely recommend to those looking for budget friendly alternatives.
I am super happy with my new Fat Bike. Breaks are super smooth and it shifts like a dream. Great bike. It is the kind of a bike a bigger dude can ride with confidence. 5/5
