Amazing experience! You can’t even dream of a better customer service! I contacted Moose bicycle because I was looking for a replacement fork for my Fatbike, Etienne replied to my email quickly, he provided the most relevant information so I can make the right choice. The part was delivered to my home in Ontario in less than 48hrs! Etienne was honest, courteous, professional, and he shared his expertise with me, so I won’t spend money on a fork that will not be pertinent for my riding style. I will refer all my friends and family to Moose Bicycle, and I know already where I will buy my next bike!

Etienne a répondu à mon courriel très rapidement, il m’a donné toutes les informations nécessaires afin que je puisse faire un bon choix. La fourche est arrivée chez moi en Ontario en moins de 48hrs. I didn't install the pedal correctly (too loose) and damaged a bunch of threads. I chased the threads and so far it's holding.

It sucks to suck.

I'm 6'4" so I find myself at the very end of the bull horn. Maybe I should be on a bigger frame but at $500 this impulse purchase is working out.

Bought my second Moose. A fixie and a fat. The new fat is so much fun. The service was first rate. Couldn't ask for better.

Easy to finish putting together and a blast to ride. Great purchase!

Received my new fixie about two weeks ago. Did commute 3 or 4 times since. speedy delivery, fast assembly and tuning. Bike is simple and well manufactured, as expected!

Beautiful and fun to ride!

After my first ride I was floored by the speed and simplicity of the Victoria. The bike is stylish too, Leather and green look great together, absolutely would buy another.
