Returns Policy

Before making a purchase, please ensure you understand the return policy.

Should you have any questions and / or comments in relation to this policy, please let us write info@moosebicycle.com and we will respond within 24-48hrs.

We accept bikes and bike parts back up to two week (14 days) after you received it. It has to be un-used, in brand-new condition and its original packaging.

Shipping and re-storing fees may apply.

If an error is made on our part when processing your order, the article may, if necessary, be returned at our expense and no re-storage fees will be charged.
