Complete Bikes
Online orders:
- Bikes purchased at moosebicycle.com may be returned for up to 30 days IF they are in brand new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Returns not in brand new unworn condition will not be accepted and returned to the sender at their expenses.
- Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility.
- Before initiating a refund, consumer have to write to info@moosebicycle.com to obtain a Return authorisation number (‘RAN’)
- ‘RAN’ should be written clearly on your parcel
Online to Offline Orders:
Moose Bicycles that have been purchased online through moosebicycle.com and fulfilled through a retailer, are subject to the retailer’s return policy. Any returns the dealer chooses to accept are at the dealer’s individual discretion consistent with their normal store return policies. Moose Bicycle Co. has the ability to initiate refunds on the consumer’s behalf and can only do so prior to the order being shipped. After order has been shipped to your chosen retailer, the order is treated as if they have placed a special order with Moose on your behalf, and their store return policy applies.
Accessories and Soft goods
- Items purchased at moosebicycle.com may be returned for up to 30 days if they are in brand new condition, unworn, and with hang tags attached.
- Item(s) must arrive at Norco within the 30-day period.
- Returns not in brand new unworn condition will not be accepted.

- Items received as a gift must be returned by the original purchaser.

For hygienic reasons, all clothing and apparel are final sales

How do I initiate a return?
Please write toinfo@moosebicycle.com. Please have your sales receipt / order number handy. Upon reception, we will provide you with a return authorization number.Please write this number on your parcel.
How long do I have to return my purchase?
Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in the original new condition.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Moose Bicycle will provide a full refund for the value of the item in the same form as the original payment. All items being returned for a refund must meet the following criteria:
- Items must have all original tags attached
- Be unworn, and in the original new condition
- Clothes, apparel and clearance items cannot be returned
If the items are not in "sellable condition" due to negligence or abuse, they will not be accepted or could be subject to a re-stocking fee.
How long will my refund take?

How are shipping costs handled for refunds of products purchased through moosebicycle.com
All returns must FIRST be approved prior to sending any items back to us. Items must NOT be returned for a refund without a return authorization number. A prepaid shipping label may be provided with the Return Authorization Number on a case by case basis.
