Limited Lifetime Warranty

Moose Bicycle  will repair or replace any frame or rigid fork it deems to be defective due to manufacturing, materials, and workmanship with original proof of purchase. The limited lifetime frame warranty includes:

  • Framesets (Frame and rigid fork)
  • Main frame
  • This warranty is non transferable and applies to the first owner of the bike

Limited 2-Year Warranty:

  • Moose Bicycle proprietary E-Bike Warranty Components
    • Moose Bicycle offers a limited 2-year warranty from the purchase date that covers proprietary electric components including batteries and wiring harnesses against manufacturing defects.
    • Moose Bicycle eBikes using non-Moose branded batteries and components are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty polic (i.e Bosch).

Limited 1-Year Warranty:

  • Finish and Graphics
    • Moose stands behind the quality of our frames with a 1-year limited warranty on paint, finish, and graphics attributed to manufacturing defects.

  • Moose Branded Components
    • Moose-branded components are covered by a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Limited Lifetime Frame Warranty exclusion and/or limitations:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color fade
  • Improper assembly
  • Improper maintenance
  • Corrosion
  • Modification of the frame, fork, or components
  • Damage to paint or finish caused by any aftermarket frame wrap
  • Failure of any frame or component due to accident, abuse, neglect, improper use, or fit
  • Use of parts inconsistent with the use originally intended for the bicycle as sold
  • Commercial or rental use
  • Any non-Moose proprietary parts or components (Example: Shimano Drivetrain)

If your frame breaks or malfunctions, Moose Bicycle shall bear no liability or obligation beyond the repair or replacement of your frame under the terms outlined in the warranty. Moose Bicycle Co is not liable for the cost of incompatible components or labor due to warranty frame upgrades.

If Moose Bicycle upgrades a frame under warranty with a newer version, will out-of-spec components be supplied?

No, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of all new components.


What is Moose's Limited Lifetime Warranty?

Moose Bicycles are designed for the intended use and rider enjoyment however, bicycles are not indestructible; every frameset has a useful life cycle and may not last forever. The duration of this life cycle will depend upon the type of frame, riding conditions, and the care your bicycle receives.

Clearance Bike Warranty


All bikes sold as part of a clearance and/or liquidation of our demo fleet are covered by a 1 year warranty with the applicable exclusion.

Warranty Exclusions and/or Limitations: Third-Party Components

Components and suspension forks and rear shocks are not considered part of the frame and are therefore not covered under the terms of the limited lifetime frame warranty. Third-party suspension and components are covered by their manufacturers' specific warranties. This includes suspension forks, rear shocks, brand-name wheel sets, drivetrains, E-bike motors, batteries, and more. Visit the component manufacturers' website for more information on their specific product warranty policies.

This warranty is void in its entirety by the modification of the frame, fork, or components.

Failure of any frame or component due to accident, abuse, normal wear, improper use, commercial use, rental use, improper assembly, improper fit, maintenance, and/or use of parts inconsistent with the use originally intended for the bicycles as sold, are not covered by this warranty.

Crash Replacement Program

Accidents can happen and you may need to replace your damaged frame. Moose provides a crash replacement program available to anyone.

The Crash Replacement Program covers damage due to an accident, at its discretion, Moose Bicycle will make a replacement available at a discount to the original owner – please inquire with us for more details.
